St. Augustine Knights (Laredo, TX) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Zapata Hawks (Zapata, TX), 59-32 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, St. Augustine upgrades its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Knights travel to United South (Laredo, TX) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Saturday, November 25. The Panthers come into the bout with a record of 4-3. United South won 76-58 in their recent non-league bout against Warren (San Antonio, TX)

Next up, the Hawks play the Aransas Pass Panthers (Aransas Pass, TX) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, November 30. Zapata will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Panthers come into the bout with a 2-2 record after their 60-58 non-league win over Port Aransas (Port Aransas, TX).
