Texas High School Basketball - Vega trounces White Deer

The Vega Longhorns (Vega, TX) basketball crushed the visiting White Deer Bucks (White Deer, TX), 58-21 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Longhorns (1-0) will now prepare for their test against Happy (Happy, TX). The Cowboys go into the non-league test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Happy was trounced by River Road (Amarillo, TX), 47-31, in a non-league test.

The Bucks now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Wildorado for a non-league test on Tuesday, November 28. White Deer will encounter a Mustangs squad coming off a 45-35 non-league win over Dalhart (Dalhart, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 4-0.
