Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Frenship Tigers (Wolfforth, TX) and the visiting Lubbock-Cooper Pirates (Lubbock, TX), saw Frenship's basketball team get by Lubbock-Cooper by a tally of 65-60.
The Tigers now possess a 9-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Monterey for a non-league battle on Tuesday, November 28. Frenship will confront a Plainsmen team coming off a 62-55 non-league win over Hobbs (Hobbs, NM). The Plainsmen record now stands at 7-4.
The Pirates (7-5) will now prepare for their battle against Idalou (Idalou, TX). The Wildcats come into the non-league battle with a 6-2 record. In their last battle, Idalou edged Floydada (Floydada, TX), 55-24, in a non-league battle.
