Scott County Central Braves (Sikeston, MO) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Poplar Bluff Mules (Poplar Bluff, MO), 50-47 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Scott County Central upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Braves travel to Neelyville (Neelyville, MO) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league bout on Monday, November 27. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Mules clash with the Central Rebels (Park Hills, MO) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 4. Poplar Bluff will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Rebels go into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 76-56 non-league win over Sikeston (Sikeston, MO).
