Texas High School Basketball - Fort Bend Hightower overwhelms Tomball

The Fort Bend Hightower Hurricanes basketball team scored 85 points and limited the host Tomball Cougars to 58 in the Hurricanes non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Hurricanes now possess a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Terry for a non-league game on Thursday, November 21. Fort Bend Hightower will confront a Rangers team coming off a 58-30 non-league loss to Wharton (Wharton, TX). The Rangers record now stands at 0-4.

With the loss, Tomball falls to 2-1 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Magnolia West (Magnolia, TX) to confront the Mustangs in a 6A Region II District 15 game on Monday, December 2. The Mustangs go into the game with a record of 1-8. Magnolia West lost 77-32 in their recent non-league game against Mansfield Timberview (Arlington, TX)
