California High School Basketball - Golden Valley trounced by Independence

The Golden Valley Bulldogs basketball squad (Bakersfield, CA), was crushed 77-26 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Independence Falcons (Bakersfield, CA)

With the victory, Independence advances its record to 1-0 on the year. The Falcons travel to North (Bakersfield, CA) to meet the Stars in a non-league battle on Friday, November 22. The Stars enter the battle with a record of 1-0. North won 75-28 in their recent non-league battle against Foothill (Bakersfield, CA)

The Bulldogs now own a 0-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Santa Clarita Christian for a non-league battle on Thursday, November 21. Golden Valley will meet a Cardinals squad coming off a 63-60 non-league loss to California City (California City, CA). The Cardinals record now stands at 0-3.
