The East Webster Wolverines basketball team scored 43 points and limited the host Amory Panthers to 33 in the Wolverines non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Wolverines now possess a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Myrtle for a non-league game on Monday, November 25. East Webster will play a Hawks team coming off a 41-35 non-league win over Potts Camp (Potts Camp, MS). The Hawks record now stands at 3-2.

With the loss, Amory falls to 2-3 on the campaign. The Panthers host Mooreville (Mooreville, MS) to play the Troopers in a non-league game on Friday, November 22. The Troopers go into the game with a record of 4-2. Mooreville won 60-59 in their recent non-league game against Ripley (Ripley, MS)
