Thornton Fractional North Meteors (Calumet City, IL) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Andrew Thunderbolts (Tinley Park, IL), 66-57 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Thornton Fractional North upgrades its record to 2-0 on the year. The Meteors travel to Crete-Monee (Crete, IL) to face the Warriors in a non-league match on Friday, November 22. The Warriors enter the match with a record of 0-1.

The Thunderbolts now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lockport for a SouthWest Suburban match on Monday, December 2.
