The D.C. Everest Evergreens basketball team scored 37 points and limited the host Appleton West Terrors to 36 in the Evergreens non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Evergreens now have a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Rhinelander for a non-league game on Friday, November 29.

With the loss, Appleton West falls to 1-1 on the campaign. The Terrors host Oshkosh North (Oshkosh, WI) to confront the Spartans in a Fox Valley game on Tuesday, December 3. The Spartans go into the game with a record of 1-0.
