The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Batesville Pioneers (Batesville, AR) and the visiting Osceola Seminoles (Osceola, AR), observed Batesville's basketball team overcome Osceola by a margin of 62-42.

The Pioneers (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Westside (Jonesboro, AR). The Warriors come into the non-league challenge with a 1-4 record. In their last challenge, Westside defeated East Poinsett County (Lepanto, AR), 60-57, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Seminoles battle the Paragould Rams (Paragould, AR) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 3. Osceola will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record.
