The Space Coast Vipers basketball squad (Cocoa, FL), was nudged 47-41 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Bayside Bears (Palm Bay, FL)
With the victory, Bayside advances its record to 2-0 on the year. The Bears host Heritage (Palm Bay, FL) to meet the Panthers in a 6A District 6 battle on Tuesday, December 3. The Panthers enter the battle with a record of 0-2.
The Vipers now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cocoa Beach for a 3A District 7 battle on Friday, November 22. Space Coast will meet a Minutemen squad coming off a 51-22 non-league loss to Viera (Viera, FL). The Minutemen record now stands at 0-1.
