In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting Manor New Tech basketball team scored a big 63-30 win over the IDEA Weslaco Pike Mavericks.
The (9-0) will now prepare for their contest against Monte Alto (Monte Alto, TX). The Blue Devil come into the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Monte Alto was trounced by IDEA Edinburg College Prep (Edinburg, TX), 41-18, in a league contest.
