The Montgomery Central Timberwolves basketball squad (Troy, NC), was crushed 68-27 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Union Pines Vikings (Cameron, NC)

With the victory, Union Pines advances its record to 2-0 on the year. The Vikings host South Johnston (Four Oaks, NC) to meet the Trojans in a non-league battle on Friday, November 22. The Trojans enter the battle with a record of 0-1. South Johnston lost 55-17 in their recent non-league battle against Cleveland (Clayton, NC)

The Timberwolves now own a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Gray Stone Day for a non-league battle on Monday, November 25.
