Indiana High School Basketball - Oldenburg Academy thwarts Morristown

November 21, 2024: Oldenburg, IN 47036

The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Oldenburg Academy Twisters (Oldenburg, IN) and the visiting Morristown Yellow Jackets (Morristown, IN), observed Oldenburg Academy's basketball team knock off Morristown by a score of 52-44.

The Twisters (3-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Union County (Liberty, IN). The Patriots come into the non-league challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, Union County prevailed over Franklin County (Brookville, IN), 50-41, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Yellow Jackets encounter the Edinburgh Lancers (Edinburgh, IN) in a Mid-Hoosier challenge, on Saturday, November 23. Morristown will attempt to improve on its 1-5 season record. The Lancers come into the challenge with a 4-2 record after their 61-12 non-league win over Traders Point Christian (Whitestown, IN).
