California High School Basketball - New Designs University Park holds off Smidt Tech

In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting New Designs University Park Cardinals basketball team scored a close 24-18 triumph over the Smidt Tech Grey Wolves.
The Cardinals (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Animo Bunche (Los Angeles, CA). The Stallions go into the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Animo Bunche nipped Animo Pat Brown (Los Angeles, CA), 29-18, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Grey Wolves confront the Camino Nuevo Dalzell Lance Campus Tigers (Los Angeles, CA) in a Galaxy contest, on Thursday, December 5. Smidt Tech will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record.
