The East Union Urchins basketball team scored 61 points and limited the host New Albany Bulldogs to 21 in the Urchins non-league triumph on Friday.
The Urchins now have a 2-2 record. They play next when they host Marshall Academy for a non-league outing on Monday, November 24. East Union will clash with a Patriots squad coming off a 59-33 non-league win over Lafayette (Oxford, MS). The Patriots record now stands at 1-2.
The Bulldogs (2-2) will now prepare for their outing against Amory (Amory, MS). The Panthers enter the non-league outing with a 3-1 record. In their last outing, Amory routed Aberdeen (Aberdeen, MS), 50-38, in a non-league outing.
