The South Plaquemines Hurricanes got by the visiting West St. Mary Wolfpack football team by a score of 6-0 in Friday's non-league test.
The Hurricanes now hold a 8-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to North Iberville for a non-league test on Friday, November 28. South Plaquemines will meet a Bears squad coming off a 36-26 non-league win over Elton (Elton, LA). The Bears record now stands at 10-2.
With the defeat, West St. Mary drops to 8-4 on the campaign.
