In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Eastwood Troopers basketball team scored a good 61-43 triumph over the Caprock Longhorns.
The Troopers (7-1) will now prepare for their contest against Sunset (Dallas, TX). The Bison go into the non-league contest with a 8-2 record. In their last contest, Sunset topped Humble (Humble, TX), 56-55, in a non-league contest.
The Longhorns now sport a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Humble for a non-league match on Friday, November 21. Caprock will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 56-55 non-league loss to Sunset (Dallas, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-4.
