The Hiwassee Dam Eagles bounced the visiting Macon Early College Foxes basketball squad by a final score of 72-18 in Friday's non-league game.
The Eagles now have a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Andrews for a non-league game on Tuesday, November 25. Hiwassee Dam will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 54-53 non-league win over Smoky Mountain (Sylva, NC). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-0.
With the loss, Macon Early College falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Foxes travel to Blue Ridge Early College (Cashiers, NC) to clash with the Bobcats in a non-league outing on Thursday, January 22. The Bobcats enter the outing with a record of 1-1.
