Utah High School Basketball - St. Joseph routs Salt Lake Academy

In Friday's non-league contest, the host St. Joseph Jayhawks basketball team scored a big 42-20 triumph over the Salt Lake Academy Griffins.
The Jayhawks (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Maeser Prep Academy (Lindon, UT). The Lions go into the non-league contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Maeser Prep Academy smashed Ben Lomond (Ogden, UT), 41-14, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Griffins confront the Rockwell Marshals (Eagle Mountain, UT) in a 2A Region 16 match, on Monday, November 24. Salt Lake Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Marshals enter the match with a 2-0 record after their 49-14 non-league win over Green River (Green River, UT).
