The Tupelo Tigers basketball team scored 46 points and limited the visiting Stuart Hornets to 35 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Friday.
The Tigers now have a 2-5 record. They play next when they travel to Calvin for a Pontotoc game on Monday, December 8.
With the loss, Stuart drops to 1-5 on the year. The Hornets travel to Caney (Caney, OK) to clash with the Cougars in a non-league outing on Tuesday, December 9. The Cougars enter the outing with a record of 3-2.
