Bishop Lynch Friars (Dallas, TX) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Trinity Christian Lions (Lubbock, TX), 72-66 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Bishop Lynch upgrades its record to 6-1 on the campaign. The Friars travel to The Woodlands Christian Academy (The Woodlands, TX) to play the Warriors in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 22. The Warriors come into the bout with a record of 4-2. The Woodlands Christian Academy won 58-55 in their recent non-league bout against Oakridge (Arlington, TX)

Next up, the Lions play the Evangel Temple Christian Eagles (Grand Prairie, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 22. Trinity Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record.
