Georgia High School Basketball - Groves knocked off by Lithia Springs

The Lithia Springs Lions basketball team scored 65 points and held the host Groves Rebels to 56 in the Lions non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Lions now sport a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Douglas County for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 29. Lithia Springs will battle a Tigers team coming off a 60-55 non-league loss to South Cobb (Austell, GA). The Tigers record now stands at 1-1.
The Rebels (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Savannah (Savannah, GA). The Bluejackets enter the non-league contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Savannah was defeated by Jenkins (Savannah, GA), 53-52, in a non-league contest.
