With the victory, Lyford upgrades its record to 1-2 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Port Isabel (Port Isabel, TX) to play the Tarpons in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 29. The Tarpons come into the bout with a record of 1-1. Port Isabel won 82-31 in their recent non-league bout against Vanguard Academy Rembrandt (Pharr, TX)

Next up, the Saints play the South Texas Christian Academy Panthers (McAllen, TX) in a non-league bout, on Monday, November 28. STX will attempt to upgrade on its 5-2 season record. The Panthers come into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 49-40 non-league win over Vanguard Academy Beethoven (Edinburg, TX).
