With the victory, Wills Point upgrades its record to 2-7 on the campaign. The Tigers host Episcopal School of Dallas (Dallas, TX) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 1. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 0-3.

Next up, the Hornets play the Kaufman Lions (Kaufman, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 29. Athens will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Lions come into the bout with a 2-5 record after their 49-46 non-league loss to Chapel Hill (Tyler, TX).
