The Irvine Vaqueros (Irvine, CA) basketball knocked off the host Foothill Knights (Santa Ana, CA), 53-36 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Vaqueros (3-0) will now prepare for their test against El Toro (Lake Forest, CA). The Chargers go into the non-league test with a 2-1 record. In their last test, El Toro notched a victory over Trabuco Hills (Mission Viejo, CA), 42-41, in a non-league test.
The Knights now own a 2-3 record. They play next when they travel to Trabuco Hills for a non-league test on Friday, November 25. Foothill will encounter a Mustangs squad coming off a 51-29 non-league loss to Northwood (Irvine, CA). The Mustangs record now stands at 1-3.
