North Carolina High School Basketball - Gray's Creek knocked off by Pine Forest

November 22, 2022: Fayetteville, NC 28311

The Pine Forest Trojans basketball team scored 44 points and held the visiting Gray's Creek Bears to 30 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Trojans now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jack Britt for a non-league contest on Monday, November 28. Pine Forest will battle a Buccaneers team coming off a 46-20 non-league win over Richmond (Rockingham, NC). The Buccaneers record now stands at 3-0.

The Bears (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Red Springs (Red Springs, NC). The Red Devils enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Red Springs ran past Douglas Byrd (Fayetteville, NC), 43-42, in a non-league contest.
