Hanford West Huskies (Hanford, CA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Washington Union Panthers (Fresno, CA), 36-24 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Hanford West upgrades its record to 1-2 on the campaign. The Huskies travel to Dinuba (Dinuba, CA) to play the Emperors in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 29. The Emperors come into the bout with a record of 1-2. Dinuba lost 41-27 in their recent non-league bout against Porterville (Porterville, CA)

Next up, the Panthers play the El Diamante Miners (Visalia, CA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 1. Washington Union will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record. The Miners come into the bout with a 4-0 record after their 46-39 non-league win over Kingsburg (Kingsburg, CA).
