Valley Christian Lions (Roseville, CA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Sierra Academy of Expeditionary Learning Fire Wolves (Nevada City, CA), 67-8 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Valley Christian upgrades its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Escalon (Escalon, CA) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 7. The Cougars come into the bout with a record of 1-0.
Next up, the Fire Wolves play the Pine Hills Adventist Eagles (Auburn, CA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 29. Sierra Academy of Expeditionary Learning will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
