South Carolina High School Basketball - Colleton County tops Andrew Jackson

November 22, 2023: Walterboro, SC 29488

Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Colleton County Cougars (Walterboro, SC) and the visiting Andrew Jackson Volunteers (Kershaw, SC), saw Colleton County's basketball squad knock off Andrew Jackson by a count of 63-43.

With the victory, Colleton County upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Lugoff-Elgin (Lugoff, SC) to play the Demons in a non-league challenge on Friday, November 24. The Demons come into the challenge with a record of 1-0. Lugoff-Elgin won 57-46 in their recent non-league challenge against C.A. Johnson (Columbia, SC)

Next, the Volunteers encounter the Lakewood Gators (Sumter, SC) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, November 29. Andrew Jackson will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record.
