The Columbia Eagles basketball team scored 63 points and held the visiting Tournament Team to 44 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Eagles now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lakeside for a non-league contest on Thursday, November 23. Columbia will battle a Vikings team coming off a 51-40 non-league loss to Tournament Opponent (, ). The Vikings record now stands at 3-1.
The (0-8) will now prepare for their contest against Broaddus (Broaddus, TX). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 0-3 record. In their last contest, Broaddus was defeated by Alto (Alto, TX), 68-50, in a non-league contest.
