The Giles County Bobcats basketball team scored 72 points and held the host East Hickman County Eagles to 69 in the Bobcats non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Bobcats now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fayetteville for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 28. Giles County will meet a Tigers team coming off a 49-41 non-league win over Community (Unionville, TN). The Tigers record now stands at 1-0.

The Eagles (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against McEwen (McEwen, TN). The Warriors enter the non-league contest with a 4-1 record. In their last contest, McEwen nudged East Robertson (Cross Plains, TN), 57-45, in a non-league contest.
