The Romeoville Spartans basketball team scored 67 points and restricted the visiting Lemont Lemont HS to 52 in the Spartans non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Spartans now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Plainfield Central for a non-league contest on Friday, November 24. Romeoville will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 61-25 non-league loss to Lemont (Lemont, IL). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-1.
The Lemont HS (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Lockport (Lockport, IL). The Porters come into the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Lockport was defeated by Romeoville (Romeoville, IL), 65-40, in a non-league contest.
