The Marion Giants tipped the visiting Mississinewa Indians basketball team by a final score of 64-58 in Wednesday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Giants face the New Castle Trojans (New Castle, IN) in a non-league game, on Saturday, November 25. Marion will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Trojans enter the game with a 1-0 record after their 71-39 non-league win over Blue River Valley (Mt. Summit, IN).

With the defeat, Mississinewa moves to 0-1 on the year. The Indians host Huntington North (Huntington, IN) to face the Vikings in a non-league game on Saturday, November 25. The Vikings enter the game with a record of 0-1. Huntington North lost 54-40 in their recent non-league game against Homestead (Fort Wayne, IN)
