Louisiana High School Basketball - Destrehan knocked off by Blount

The Blount Leopards basketball team scored 68 points and held the host Destrehan Wildcats to 60 in the Leopards non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Leopards now sport a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Amite for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 21. Blount will meet a Warriors team coming off a 62-46 non-league win over Phoenix (Braithwaite, LA). The Warriors record now stands at 2-0.
The Wildcats (4-2) will now prepare for their contest against Edna Karr (New Orleans, LA). The Cougars enter the non-league contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Edna Karr ran past Eleanor McMain (New Orleans, LA), 64-61, in a non-league contest.
