California High School Basketball - Hughson nudges Johansen

November 22, 2023: Hughson, CA 95326

Hughson Huskies (Hughson, CA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Johansen Vikings (Modesto, CA), 56-54 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Hughson upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Huskies travel to Enochs (Modesto, CA) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league bout on Monday, November 27. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 2-0. Enochs won 43-26 in their recent non-league bout against Central Valley (Ceres, CA)

Next up, the Vikings clash with the Argonaut Mustangs (Jackson, CA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, November 29. Johansen will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Mustangs go into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 45-44 non-league loss to Union Mine (El Dorado, CA).
