The Elks now possess a 6-1 record. They play next when they travel to North Central Texas Academy for a non-league bout on Saturday, November 23. Burleson will play a Pioneers team coming off a 75-16 non-league win over Trimble Tech (Fort Worth, TX). The Pioneers record now stands at 11-2.

With the loss, Polytechnic falls to 1-6 on the campaign. The Parrots travel to Saginaw (Saginaw, TX) to play the Rough Riders in a non-league bout on Monday, November 25. The Rough Riders go into the bout with a record of 0-4. Saginaw lost 65-57 in their recent non-league bout against Boswell (Fort Worth, TX)
