The Sabercats (8-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Clear Lake (Houston, TX). The Falcons come into the non-league challenge with a 4-1 record. In their last challenge, Clear Lake prevailed over Brackenridge (San Antonio, TX), 65-59, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Cougars encounter the Gregory-Portland Wildcats (Portland, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, November 23. Canyon will attempt to improve on its 2-5 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 4-1 record after their 82-56 non-league loss to Johnson (Buda, TX).
