Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Virginia Episcopal School holds off Mercersburg Academy

The Virginia Episcopal School Bishops basketball team scored 69 points and limited the host Mercersburg Academy Blue Storm to 62 in the Bishops non-league triumph on Friday.

The Bishops now have a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Peddie for a non-league contest on Saturday, November 23.

In their next game, the Blue Storm battle the Springdale Prep Lions (New Windsor, MD) in a non-league contest, on Sunday, November 24. Mercersburg Academy will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record. The Lions come into the contest with a 4-0 record after their 80-53 non-league win over Kiski School (Saltsburg, PA).
