California High School Basketball - Garces Memorial holds off Independence

The Garces Memorial Rams basketball team scored 26 points and limited the host Independence Falcons to 20 in the Rams non-league triumph on Friday.
The Rams now have a 2-0 record. They play next when they host Stockdale for a game on Tuesday, January 14.
With the loss, Independence falls to 2-1 on the campaign. The Falcons host West (Bakersfield, CA) to confront the Vikings in a non-league game on Saturday, November 23. The Vikings go into the game with a record of 0-0.
