In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Shiloh Generals basketball team scored a close 37-30 win over the South Gwinnett Comets.
The Generals (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Peachtree Ridge (Suwanee, GA). The Lions come into the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Peachtree Ridge was tipped by Dacula (Dacula, GA), 49-25, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Comets battle the Milton Eagles (Milton, GA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, December 7. South Gwinnett will attempt to advance on its 2-1 season record.
