In Friday's non-league contest, the host Highland Park Scots basketball team scored a good 50-31 triumph over the Lake Highlands Wildcats.
The Scots (6-7) will now prepare for their contest against Mansfield Legacy (Mansfield, TX). The Broncos go into the non-league contest with a 5-7 record. In their last contest, Mansfield Legacy was toppled by Argyle (Argyle, TX), 60-39, in a non-league contest.

The Yellowjackets go into the contest with a 6-8 record after their 42-36 non-league loss to Poteet (Mesquite, TX).
