Santiago Sharks (Corona, CA) supporters were in high spirits Friday as they saw their basketball team crush the host Chaparral Pumas (Temecula, CA), 46-6 in a non-league bout.

The Sharks now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Centennial for a bout on Thursday, January 9.

With the loss, Chaparral falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Pumas travel to Escondido Charter (Escondido, CA) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 18. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
