The Academy of Holy Angels Stars ice hockey team scored 7 points and held the host Roseau Rams to 3 in the Stars non-league victory on Friday.
The Stars now own a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bemidji for a non-league bout on Saturday, November 23. Academy of Holy Angels will encounter a Lumberjacks team coming off a 6-1 non-league win over Alexandria (Alexandria, MN). The Lumberjacks record now stands at 1-0.
With the defeat, Roseau moves to 0-1 on the season. The Rams host Thief River Falls (Thief River Falls, MN) to encounter the Prowlers in a Greater Minnesota bout on Tuesday, November 26. The Prowlers go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
