The Plainsmen now possess a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to Frenship for a non-league bout on Monday, November 24. Monterey will play a Tigers team coming off a 68-50 non-league loss to Tascosa (Amarillo, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 0-2.
The Hornets (1-5) will now prepare for their test against Paschal (Fort Worth, TX). The Panthers come into the non-league test with a 0-3 record. In their last test, Paschal was nipped by Joshua (Joshua, TX), 55-33, in a non-league test.
