The Cardinals (5-2) will now prepare for their contest against Eastlake (El Paso, TX). The Falcons go into the non-league contest with a 6-0 record. In their last contest, Eastlake topped Rio Grande City (Rio Grande City, TX), 81-40, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Sabercats confront the Flour Bluff Hornets (Corpus Christi, TX) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, November 25. Vela will attempt to better on its 4-2 season record. The Hornets go into the contest with a 2-0 record after their 57-48 non-league win over United (Laredo, TX).
