In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting West Point Green Wave basketball team scored a good 66-50 victory over the Tishomingo County Braves.

The Green Wave now sport a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Philadelphia for a non-league outing on Monday, November 24. West Point will clash with a Tornadoes squad coming off a 55-29 non-league loss to West Lauderdale (Collinsville, MS). The Tornadoes record now stands at 3-4.

The Braves (2-2) will now prepare for their bout against McNairy Central (Selmer, TN). The Bobcats go into the non-league bout with a 0-2 record.
