In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Lincoln-Way Central Knights basketball team scored a big 56-31 win over the Joliet West Tigers.
The Knights (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Joliet Central (Joliet, IL). The Steelmen come into the non-league contest with a 0-3 record. In their last match, Joliet Central was crushed by Joliet Catholic (Joliet, IL), 48-40, in a non-league match.
The Tigers now own a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Providence Catholic for a non-league match on Wednesday, November 26. Joliet West will face a Celtics squad coming off a 58-50 non-league win over Minooka (Minooka, IL). The Celtics record now stands at 4-0.
