The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the St. James Sharks (Murrells Inlet, SC) and the host Manning Monarchs (Manning, SC), observed St. James's basketball team knock off Manning by a score of 52-40.
The Sharks (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Georgetown (Georgetown, SC). The Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record.
In their next game, the Monarchs encounter the Crestwood Knights (Sumter, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, December 3. Manning will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record.
