In Saturday's non-league match, the host Ashley Screaming Eagle flag football squad scored a good 14-6 triumph over the Cuthbertson Cavaliers.
The Screaming Eagle (17-3) will now prepare for their match against Wakefield (Raleigh, NC). The Wolverines come into the non-league match with a 25-0 record. In their last match, Wakefield prevailed over Holly Springs (Holly Springs, NC), 15-6, in a non-league battle.
The Cavaliers now have a 15-2 record.
